The Ambassador program is open to everyone, users and non-users of Hype Soft products and services, professionals and individuals.

Hype Soft Ambassador Program
Whether you are a user of Hype Soft services or not, you can become an Ambassador and benefit from recurring commissions on sales generated through your recommendations.
The business introducer commission applies only to Software and Hardware solutions provided directly by Hype Soft Sàrl, excluding external solutions (e.g. NEXI).
Each Ambassador will be invited to participate in events organized by Hype Software, generally on a monthly basis.
When also a user of Hype Software products and services, the Ambassador may, if they wish, host one or more of these events in their own premises, and invite prospects interested in the solutions offered.Simplicity and transparency

You recommend Hype Soft to a contact, a company or an institution.

If this contact becomes a HypeSoft customer, you receive a commission on their sales.

If this customer in turn recommends another customer, you also receive an indirect commission.

Win-win partnership
7% of the net revenue excluding VAT invoiced by Hype Soft to the client and paid for the client you directly recommended.
3% of the net revenue excluding VAT invoiced by Hype Soft to the client and paid generated by the clients brought in by your client.
When a Hype Soft customer owns several establishments, the Ambassador receives 7% of the net sales revenue invoiced and paid for each affiliated establishment, in addition to the initial establishment.

Recurring income: you receive your commissions as long as your referrals remain active customers.

Network effect: your indirect recommendations (via your own clients) also generate commissions.

Visibility opportunity: users can host Hype events in their establishments and invite prospects.

No management required: Hype Soft automatically tracks sales and payments.

Clarity: only Hype Software & Hardware solutions are eligible.

Share your experience, inspire other professionals

The recommendation must be identified as coming from you (referral system or declaration to Hype Soft).

Commissions are calculated on the net revenue excluding VAT invoiced by Hype Soft to the client and paid.

External solutions (e.g. NEXI) are excluded from the calculation of commissions.

Payments are made periodically, usually monthly.

Loyalty and kindness
Each Ambassador commits to acting in a loyal, responsible, and transparent manner, by refraining from:

To mislead any person,

To communicate false, misleading or incomplete information,
-
Or to damage the image of Hype Soft Sàrl.
On the contrary, it must ensure a dignified and positive representation of Hype Soft Sàrl, its products, its services and its partners.

Legal basis
In accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO):
Referral agreement / agency: The Ambassador acts as a referrer, which is considered equivalent to an agency agreement (Art. 394 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations). The right to a commission arises only when the transaction is concluded and paid for.
Termination: According to Art. 404 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, the mandate may be terminated at any time. However, termination at an inopportune time may give rise to an obligation to compensate.
Commissions and legality: the model complies with Swiss law because commissions are based on actual sales invoiced and collected by Hype Soft, and not on pyramid recruitment (art. 3 para. 1 let. r LCD).
