Return and refund policy
Our return and refund conditions vary depending on the payment method chosen (cash, deposit, or financing over 12, 24 or 36 monthly installments ).

Simplicity and transparency
Any subscription or contract concluded with Hype Soft is firm and binds the Client for the initial period chosen: 12, 24 or 36 months.
The Client acknowledges that the electronic or handwritten signature of the contract constitutes firm acceptance of the commitments undertaken and the corresponding amounts.
In the event of early termination, promotional discounts or benefits granted are retroactively cancelled, and the amounts due are recalculated at the standard rate.
Duration, renewal and termination
According to your initial commitment
Initial duration: 12, 24 or 36 months depending on the Client's choice.
Renewal possible for an equivalent period, or a maximum of 12 months by default.
The promotional period is an integral part of the duration.
In the event of cancellation, any equipment not yet paid for remains due in full.
Written cancellation required (registered mail or certified electronic means).
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Swiss law
In accordance with Swiss law, the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for by European consumer legislation does not apply to contracts concluded between businesses (B2B).
For individual customers, a withdrawal may be accepted within 7 days of signing, only if no installation, configuration, or service has begun.
